Enrollment
Tuition purchases grant one student a personal, non-transferable seat in the purchased course.
Ownership of course materials
All lessons, case scenarios, quizzes, examinations, checklists, images and certificate designs are the original, proprietary work of New Day Healthcare Academy, authored by Mary Goode, RN, MSN, Educator, and are protected by copyright. Enrollment grants a limited personal licence to study the material for the duration of the course.
Prohibited use
Students and employers may not copy, screenshot, record, download, republish, translate, resell or use the materials to train others, or to build or supply a competing course, in whole or in part. Accounts found sharing material may be closed without refund and any issued certificate revoked.
Academic integrity
Coursework, quizzes and the final examination must be completed by the enrolled student. Modules unlock in order and the final examination cannot be taken early.
Certificates
This program is delivered entirely online. A certificate is released electronically only after every required lesson and learning activity is complete, all required module assessments and online competency assessments are passed, the final examination is passed with a score of at least 80%, required instructional time is documented, and an authorized RN administrator verifies the completion record. Certificates may be revoked if a record is found to be inaccurate.
Regulatory statements
Course pages display the regulation source, required hours and curriculum version. No state-approval statement is displayed unless an administrator has verified current approval.
Refunds
Placeholder refund terms — define your refund window before publishing.
Changes
Curriculum versions may be updated to reflect regulatory changes. Your record stores the curriculum version in effect at enrollment.
