Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone) and the training records you generate: lesson completion, quiz and exam scores, scenario results, competency verification status and certificates.
How we use it
To deliver your course, track your progress toward the required hours, support competency verification and issue certificates.
Who can see your records
You can see your own records. Academy administrators and RN reviewers can see student records for verification and certification purposes. We do not sell student data.
Payments
Tuition payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Retention
Training records are retained as long as needed to support certificate verification requests.
Your choices
You may request a copy or correction of your records, or ask us to close your account, by contacting the academy.
